The Canadian Biosphere Reserves Association (CBRA) is the parent organization of Canada's 13 biosphere reserves. The individuals in these biosphere reserves are leaders promoting innovative approaches to sustainable development, research, education and conservation.

Biosphere reserves recognize and support economies that depend on high-quality environments and respect that conservation is important to both.
