Northern Resident Killer Whale

Northern Resident Killer Whales are infrequent visitors to Clayoquot Sound. 

Each NRKW pod has a unique dialect, which allows us to identify them through recordings, even when we don't have photos of their visit. 

They eat Chinook salmon.
