Wild West Coast Adrian Dorst

Join acclaimed author, photographer, and naturalist Adrian Dorst for the launch of his new book, The Wild West Coast. Come enjoy a reading, and book signing, along with light refreshments, as we celebrate this latest publication and Adrian’s remarkable contributions, capturing and sharing the stories of the west coast.

Books will be available for purchase during the event and will continue to be available at the Clayoquot Biosphere Trust office (316 Main Street, Tofino) following the launch.

Thursday, August 13th | 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Clayoquot Sound Theater (380 Campbell St, Tofino)

Free admission (no registration required)

The Clayoquot Biosphere Trust is grateful to Adrian for his time volunteering with us over the years, for his ongoing commitment as a champion for biodiversity, and for the care and dedication that went into creating this book. We are pleased to support this project through a foreword written by our Executive Director, Rebecca Hurwitz, and by making copies of the book available for purchase at our office.

We hope this book deepens residents' and visitors' understanding of the region, inspires curiosity, care, and connection, and reminds us all that living well within nature is not only possible, but essential.
